7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the fees paid for those services
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Upon payment for all services rendered up to termination

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Website Usage Terms

By using our website, you agree:
